Skip-The-Agent's newspaper advertising packages (standard or a la carte) are designed to aggressively market your listing where the most buyers will see it.  Depending on your marketing needs, your listing can be advertised in your local community newspaper and/or in the larger region-wide newspapers, where your home will be seen by potential buyers across the GTA and beyond. Skip-The-Agent will save you both time and money by placing the ads for you.

In-house staging consultations

We have partnered with the leaders in the home staging industry to provide our client's with the best chance to succeed.  Our home staging experts will assess your home and advise you on what needs to be done to ensure your property is in tip-top viewing condition - increasing the chances for a quick sale.   Staging a home is a proven method of increasing the seller's potential to meet, or exceed, asking price. We offer in-home consultations in blocks of 1 hour.

Open House representation

Selling your home on your own does not mean you are by yourself through the process.  There are some homeowners that are not comfortable hosting their own Open House, or there might be unforeseen circumstances that are conflicting with a self-hosted Open House would otherwise force a cancellation.  Our professional staff will stand in.  As your representative during an Open House, we will show viewers around your home and answer their questions. With this service available for up to 4 hours, you'll never have to worry about missing potential buyers when you\re not there!

Full-colour feature sheets

We provide the ability to print FULL-COLOUR Feature Sheets, complete with professional digital photography  for potential buyers to take home with them when they view your property at an Open House or a private showing.  This ensures that your home is always top-of-mind. You can also hand out the feature sheets to co-workers, stores, cafes, etc. to keep the buzz going about your home. These are pre-formatted and can be easily accessed by you from your account.

Professional lawn signs, Open House signs, directional signs

Our attractive FOR SALE lawn sign with durable frame is designed to attract attention to your home.  Did you know that an amazing 15% of people said they bought their home after seeing a For Sale sign while they were driving or walking by the property. Our lawn sign displays your listing's ID and your phone number to make it easy for buyers to contact you.
